Terms & Conditions

1. General

Bottleat is a home-based gourmet brand operating from Kolkata, India. All products are prepared in small batches using fresh and imported ingredients. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Delivery

We currently deliver within India only. Orders are accepted via our website on WhatsApp. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier availability. Free delivery is offered unless otherwise specified.

3. Preservation & Storage

All products are made fresh and bottled at home. Refrigerate immediately upon arrival. Please check the best-before date printed on the bottle. Products should be consumed within the recommended period for optimal taste and safety.

4. No Return / No Exchange Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once delivered, products cannot be refunded unless damaged in transit. In case of damage, please contact us within 24 hours with proof (photo/video).

5. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment must be completed at the time of order confirmation. Bottleat reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of incorrect pricing or stock unavailability.

6. Liability

Bottleat is not responsible for improper storage or handling of products after delivery. Consumption beyond the best-before date is at the customer’s own risk. Allergens: Products may contain eggs, nuts, dairy, or other allergens. Customers are advised to check ingredient details before purchase.

8. Amendments

Bottleat reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.

9. Festive Offer

The festive offer is applied in rounds of three bottles, counted in the order they are added to the cart, and only one discount is valid in each round. In a round of two bottles, the second bottle is 15% off its own price. In a complete round of three bottles, the third bottle is 30% off its own price and the 15% discount does not apply. A new round begins with the fourth bottle: the fifth bottle qualifies for 15% off, or the sixth for 30% off, on the same basis. Discounts apply to the price of the individual bottle, not the order total, and are valid for a limited time only.
